maybe they have assessed the situation and this is the amount needed plus/minus 20% contingency to get them some contracts. given the CR was oversubscribed and Patterson's we're happy to accept payment in shares and two secretaries have been announced, something is brewing. technically enough cash to get them through 2 quarters with the loan.
time will tell whether this was the right option to reduce dilution or the wrong option to play it safe and give more space from creditors
