I'm simply looking back to the 2018 announcements (i.e. the potential hyperbole), then including discounts for the current recovery percentages (i.e. the casino like guesstimates), and discounts for the estimating geologist's past history for using the particular modeling software (which was probably not written by geologist's anyway, but derived from some wunderkind's bright idea as a University project of how to grade and accumulate your gold card shopping points at Woolworths), and then taking a wild-wild-wild guess. This is called investing 101 in the 21st century.

They clearly want to now pass the problems to somebody else and then ride off into the sunset, though not exactly like Clint Eastwood after he's killed 20 of the baddies and saved the town from rack and ruin and destruction, and all the good women from a far worse fate.
