i was of the same opinion... but, i guess if you want small amount of extra cash for safety net then you'd raise... yep, you could do it after the resource upgrade... but, would that then possibly hamper share price appreciation heading towards the main event/equity raise later in the year after the resource upgrade...

unfortunately, head winds either way with the 28c cap... but, i trust they've weighed these decisions up.

post resource upgrade will be promotion time... sucks now, but, why promote the hell out of it now when they want to really try and ensure a 28c raise price later when there will be far greater dilution...
