No. It is in relation to their announcement dated February 1st that is not in relation to the approval of the mine

This is the announcement from February 1st:

As announced on 19 November 2018, Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal Pty Ltd (WICET) has submitted that the Company has guaranteed the debts of Northern Energy Corporation Limited (Administrators Appointed) (NEC) and Colton Coal Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) (Colton Coal) pursuant to a Deed of Cross Guarantee (DOCG). The Company continues to deny this claim. In support of its position, the Company and relevant subsidiaries have today commenced proceedings against WICET and others in the Supreme Court of NSW seeking, amongst other things, a declaration that the Company is not bound by the DOCG to guarantee the debts of NEC and Colton Coal. The Company will provide a further update regarding the proceedings in due course.

    Trading Halt Request

New Hope Corporation Limited (Company) requests a trading halt be applied to its securities (ASX Code: NHC) under ASX Listing Rule 17.1. During the course of trading hours on the ASX on Friday, 12 July 2019, the New South Wales Supreme Court is expected to deliver its judgement in the proceedings the Company and relevant subsidiaries commenced against Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal Pty Ltd and others (referred to in our ASX Announcement of 1 February 2019). The trading halt is requested from immediately prior to the opening of the market on Friday, 12 July 2019 pending the release of the Court’s judgement and an announcement to the market regarding the Company’s position on it.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, we provide the following information: (a) the trading halt is necessary as otherwise there is a material risk that trading in the Company’s securities might occur during the course of Friday, 12 July 2019 while the market as a whole is not reasonably informed given both: (i) the uncertainty surrounding the timing of general public access to the Court’s judgement on Friday 12 July 2019; and (ii) the time required to review the judgement before the Company makes an announcement regarding it; (b) we request the trading halt from market open on Friday 12 July 2019 and continuing until we are in a position to make an announcement to the market concerning this matter; (c) we expect the further announcement regarding this matter will be made prior to the commencement of trading on Monday 15 July 2019; and (d) we confirm we are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.:
