NHC has a strong and competent leadership with a proven track record of identifying over complicated business models needing to offload divisions, negotiating a purchase of those divisions at a significant discount, and turning them around for significant gains. NHC has a strong case here and I came onboard as a shareholder with my due diligence indicating that I support their position in these proceedings. As with all litigation, this can go both ways. In our favour? Great. Against? NHC has the grit to wear it, own it and develop strong action plans to overcome and build from it.
