Im betting NWAM take more stock in lieu of cash and DGO are participating in the CR. DGO have $3-5m in the bank
If neither are involved then I reckon/hoping someone has to be offering something descent.
Usually no news is bad news but I think that's not the case as seems to be lots of options.
I agree about a loan or funding deal.
