The $64 question is why CYP was unable to make an immediate announcement. The obvious answer is that "even lawyers have to sleep", but lawyer I know will contest this. It is more likely that CYP is in the middle of something where the outcome is material, but uncertain. Somehow the market has got wind of it and ASX has intervened.
This is speculation on my part. I suppose that we will all find out together.
