Read the announcement on the 22nd January regarding the 1.3 million raised. I think you will find this is the money that they are now raising . Having read all of the previous announcements this morning this appears to be the logical answer for the raising.
They would have been hoping that the funding would have been approved by now but alas the time everything takes in Tanzania means another small raising is required. Trevor is still over in Tanzania as I type this . No doubt he remains confident of a successful outcome otherwise why would he remain there. Frustrating for all concerned, but in the words of a former Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser : Life wasn't meant to be easy !!
I have waited this long and will continue to do so .
