you are obviously referring to me. No I am not a first timer. I am basing my comment on experiencing on credit raises in the past with other companies which are always done at a price lower then the current share price. The market usually over reacts and the sp goes below the cr price. I know this does not happen all the time, but it happens more times then not. If you are not aware of this then maybe you are a first time investor. Let’s see what the acquisition is. I hope this doesn’t have a negitive impact on the sp as I am a holder. you don’t know if it will and neither do I, but based on the majority of credit raises, it will be negative.
