I've never used the eofy report. If your serious about keeping accurate data for tax purposes you can format an excel spreadsheet to allow you to directly copy and paste your trades over any period of time and then just add formulas in columns for the profit/ loss. It's a poor traders way of getting the info without costly 3rd party software.
