An acquisition and a cap raise is a good sign, subject to the acquisition of course, as one poster said they have plenty of cash so no need for cap raise on an operational stand point.
if the acquisition is going to add to existing revenues and add more revenue growth than I see this as a positive for the share price in short term , I think you may find that instos gobble this round up.
