In general CR price is lower than the 'current' share price thats the reason why you will generally see price gone up a bit before the CR. Thats the why lifting up the CR price making the most of it from the company's perspective. The wall talks these days......
I still do not get your point yet I am not here to aruge with anyone thats why my last post in AGH was back in 40cents days...
But again the CR is for an acqusition, not to support the oridnary operation so I honestly cannot see any negative. So happy to be a first time investor so I can stay naive lol......
