Regardless of a 'cracking' quarterly or not, their cash balance would be low... a pending raise would be obvious, and a potential query from the ASX also on the cards, as already mentioned. Raising prior to the quarterly was critical to iron out these issues, yes it sucks to raise at these levels, but lets hope it is the last one for some time. I do believe that the need to raise capital has been holding some investors back, time will tell over the next few months. Once again, its been mentioned there aren't many SaaS companies that are generating meaningful revenue with minimal cash burn such as us with a MC of sub $10M. Operational break even surely isn't far away (Dec qtr?), wouldn't mind some guidance on this in the 3C.
IMO, the channel partner model appears to be gaining real traction, a few more contract wins with cash in the bank post raise should see the share price move out of single digit figures...
