Jaytrader - Go long on Uber...... they are the definition of a bubble. Stupid valuation multiples, massive losses, and increased competition.
I am struggling to understand why you are following this stock and posting about it when you don't hold it and it appears you don't believe in it.
Regarding the MITA, IMO if an agent can't generate enough commission to generate the minimum wage, they probably should find another job. I don't see why the principals need to carry them.
There is no doubt this industry is facing some changes and i believe it is a game of survival. Purplebricks have retreated and McGrath is bleeding cash. The Agency has its challenges but, I think it is the best one to back (if you think this industry is done, jump onto another one). That being said, i am still on the fence and will see how this QTR goes.
