Maybe the last TH wasn’t enough to get this over the line so they fudged it with the 35kt, now they might have had enough time to nut out the real relationship re investment, board seats, debt, stage 2 etc.
With management having so much invested, particularly AB’s $15 million at 13cents you’d think they would avoid too much dilution at lows - or at least accept it as a necessary evil to get to the profitable, debt unencumbered status that might justify good gains or even dividends...
