There must be something good in the 3 year supply agreement! If they give away a 3 year supply agreement for 8% of the shares at 11.2c that would be a terrible deal. So I assume it has at least two parts:
1) The share deal of 8% at 11.2c
2) The 3 year supply agreement for the amount of xxx m$ (partly as prepayment I assume)

Big question is how large is the "xxx" number. If it is 0 I would be very surprised and p!issed! Should at least be enough to ensure we can pay our debts, and ideally refinance at much lower rate after paying of a significant part, and never need to raise any more money again (unless for bigger enhancements) An other 22.5m$ sounds reasonable to me but more would be (much) better (but I guess I am just dreaming).

Better news than no news. An extra 22M in the kitty is what we need and for no discount, that's the best outcome for the shareholders imo. Good time to buy in.
