If you look at DN8 announcement history, at least in 2017 & 2018, I count they made 6 acquisitions during those 2 years and none of them were preceeded by a TH. They were all simply announced as acquisitions. I do not believe it is an acquisition. When they say control transaction, I would expect the word control to be a reference to the control of the company itself, thus more likely a TO or MBO offer.
