Be a surprise if it is a takeover. I would think a big chance that Ken Hall is reducing his 49 - 50% stake to a range of Insto's which could benefit all of us via extra liquidity and future capital raising potential. Price and size of the selldown will be of interest as it could also be seen as a negative if priced at say 67 - 68c.
I guess we will see what they say.
