I don't get it either. Hopefully the announcement is going to be a plain English translation of the inscrutable judgement. The Tribunal erred in its judgement so it's been 'set aside' by a higher court. But then the higher court says matter is to be 'remitted' (sent back) to the same court that got it wrong for 'legal determination', whatever that means. What if it gets that wrong too? Who was that who said the law is an ass?
