So how stupid do they think shareholders are , really : so directors going to take shares in lieu of directors fees . isn't that $50,000 of shares at 1/10 th of a cent .So that's another 100 million shares on issue . If these shares go to two tenths of a cent then they each make 50,000- of course only when they are out of escrow . We where are all the backers of this outfit when the company needs money - how come they are leaving it up to the retail shareholders to fund it - it's not as if they retail shareholders have not been treated as fools
