Not going to like the CR if the sophs get entry at a discount.
This company is worth much more than current price IMO, and it is very hard to get a meaningful position due to its lack of liquidity. So to give sophs a discount would be extremely frustrating to us holders, because i can't see why a CR at a premium couldn't be organised.
The only way that we should take a discount IMO, (and perhaps this will be the case) if the funds are needed immediately because a new, amazing opportunity has just arisen.
But considering we are close to B/E and therefore in no danger of running out of funds, i dont see why else we would pursuit a CR at $1, and not just wait until better offers come about.
