I'm quite happy with that outcome.
Everyone google Cohen and read up. Other than direct with a big pharma it doesn't get a whole lot better than that.
bell & agro is just a formality. They have no power in this transaction at all.
Yes, the price isn't perfect but hey when you're getting that much mulla at once the investor will always get a good deal.
