I would have to assume that anyone throwing $40m at a company would want to complete in-depth due diligence. Part of that due diligence would have been an update on the stage 2 trial results. You really think a company is going to throw in $40m if the due diligence showed the upcoming results were going to be a flop. I would have to think that this is an indicator that we may all be looking at good news in September.
