Agree with all that Goldmad, it’s a hedge against bad acne, enables us to develop the other assets.. Cowen is a fund and broker I believe? I don’t think they are taking the full amount on their balance sheet, they may retain zero and merely act as a broker .. so I don’t really give a stuff who it is unless it’s large pharma
