With a sp in the 20s AUC it wouldn't but with a consolidation (1:10) it would, that'd give BOT a sp good enough for the OTCQX. I personally would like to see a consolidation as a tighter register would reduce costs of administration and wipe out the exasperating 'rinse and repeat' trading which Matt highlighted as the main reason for this raising being done through 'other' markets.
