they might as well buy on market for 30-40 cents. I certainly wouldnt pay that premium when i can buy for .25c.... And unless they have the acne results and have been told results (insider trading) there is still risk of phase 2 failure, hence the discount.... Lets see what managements reasoning is for a raise before results before judging too harshly.....
