The only reason that I can conceive that they needed to do a CR is to advance the research around BTX1801 so that they can get it into Phase 1B testing. Given the immense interest around this product they may feel the need to ramp the testing while they have the edge on other competitors who you can be rest assured would be looking into obtaining some market share for this unique product. Which has incredible intrinsic value if it is as good as they seem to think
