I guess if they were a huge enterprise, then paying $35m for all the shares themselves right now, with a view to offloading them at their leisure is possible.
I would have thought, though, they would be looking for buyers right now, just like Bells and Argonaut are doing...hopefully Cowen's clients are so rich that the shares get taken up by just a few, we’ll-chosen clients.

What I I want to know is why the final psoriasis results haven’t been released. It has been ages now and it is not a complicated endpoint to measure.
I hate all these games and having to read between lines !
