As I speculated, a capital raising probably for London investors shortly after listing for an acquisition - might be one of their current investments such as Orca Gold that has an emerging gold mine in Sudan.
RSG currently way over-valued IMO so Orca Gold(or whoever) shareholders won't be getting good value if they accept consideration in part cash & part RSG shares.
