LTR management own > 20% of the company. The top 20 holders (some of which are family members and close associates of management) own 44% of LTR. Management would not dilute themselves to this extent unless they truly saw value in the decision i.e. a diluted dollar now is worth multiples of that dollar in the future.
I would agree with you if management had no shares in the company and fat pay checks/options.
