everyone has to do their own analysis - sometimes if you disagree strongly - say nothing and sell or maybe dont buy if you see a problem from the start.

Yes often SH get slaughtered and directors get well paid and free shares so no losses to them, that is how it is sometimes not much we can do about it except sell or buy.

for me one thing is that For LTR the directors have converted options at their expense and possibly on market purchases too - so they have some skin in the game. This tends to indicate that they believe in this company too.
