why would you crack multiple eggs one-handed when you are not even able to crack a proper egg using 2 hands?

This is the situation right here, keep expanding and increase production while we have constant machine breakdowns and bad quality products that are unfit for sale.

Someone needs to answer these questions and while machine breakdown 1 third of the time, staff cost and admin cost remained high as fk.
