go back and read the wording of the last 10 of these....as someone that has read them all my gut feeling is history will repeat itself...we are getting another side business/product and they will raise capital to buy it through the same avenues as always, which is generally to directors and close friends for current share price or premium.
Ive come to love these types of acquisitions . unlike every other stock ive been in, ab1 has never screwed me... I dont expect that to change now.
