Jatenergy Limited (JAT) 51% owned subsidiary, Golden Koala Pty Ltd,has appointed Duncan Clubbof BDO Australia Limited as receiver of Nutritional Choice Australia Pty Limited(“NCA”).
It would make sense if jat purchased the remaining 49%.
They could control it all , it would tick many boxes to attract major investment , give security to holders .
