I doubt it's Homart. JAT cant afford it. Homart produces a variety of products including the brand Autili which has its own lactoferrin. Its more popular on JD and Tmall.
NCA is more likely.
If it's not a manufacturing acqusition the I hope they acquire 100% Sunnya.
