Of course it will be announced pre lifting. Hence no leaky ship, can we stop with that crazy discussion.
If the announcement is close to that this will do really well tomorrow. In fact extremely well. Back out some numbers of doing oils (2000 a year), on top of all other products to come and we are starting to value ourselves a lot, lot higher than here.
