Yes, it is disgraceful and still no response from Transurban, perhaps it is not a "high street issue", Mr Maxsted, a 10 year old dead, just the charging of the truck driver, an Indian Sikh by the name of Pushminder Singh. More lives devastated and Transurban just carries on.

A truck driver’s mobile phone has been seized after 10-year-old boy died and his sister was injured in a horrific Sydney crash involving a truck and three cars. The girl, 12, was rushed to hospital after the collision on the M5 motorway east of Belmore Road in Riverwood just before 8.20am this morning.
Aerial footage from the scene appears to show a car almost split in two from the impact of the crash.
Footage also shows a woman being freed from a black car that had its left rear crushed in the crash.
She can be seen being hauled on to a stretcher by fire crews and paramedics.
NSW Police said a boy died at the scene, while another, understood to be his 12-year-old sister, was taken to hospital for treatment.
She is now in a stable condition.
Two women, aged 31 and 35, were taken to St George Hospital where they remain in a stable condition.
A male driver, who had been trapped in the front of a car, is in a serious condition.
“All four drivers – two women and two men – have been taken to hospital for mandatory testing and treatment of non-life threatening injuries,” police said in a statement.
A spokeswoman for NSW Police told news.com.au that the driver of the truck was “assisting police with inquiries”.
He was taken to Bankstown Hospital for mandatory blood and urine analysis.
Acting Assistant Commissioner Paul Glinn told reporters they would be looking at several factors in their crash investigation.
“As far as the cause of the collision goes, certainly one of the things we’ll be looking at is causal factors and that will look at things such as speed, manner of driving, perhaps issues such as fatigue and other distraction offences such as mobile phone,” he said.
“I can certainly confirm at this point that police have taken possession of a mobile phone that was in the heavy vehicle and that will be subject to forensic analysis in the coming days.”
