Let's look from another angle. If A40 will do today CR @0.08 (to put us on par with AJM's SOI) it will deliver $64M .

Debt paid off and some lose coin left for fines. What would be SOI of AJM to pay off their 170 + M debts?

Yes, ATM our costs are higher, we produce more than we sell but at the same SOI we don't need to have $1.7M a month for interest payment only.
