I'm going to have a stab at these....and these are only my guesses. Nothing more.

Strategic Review: They have identified areas where costs can be reduced. Also since they have already announced this to the market - it gives the board some flexibility to make changes to existing contracts if so required.

Offtake Arrangements: This has been coming for some time now with non-chinese customers coming on board, That 11K shipment that appears yesterday may associated with this TH part of the announcement.

Operations at BaldHill - Nothing special but another record month of production.

Discussion with Lenders: Lenders have been very supportive and with new offftake arrangements coming on, they have reviewed their current debt requirements.
