Information Provided in Relation to ASX Listing Rule 17.1The Company provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.1:
- The trading halt is requested to assist the Company manage its continuous disclosure obligation spending an announcement by the Company in relation to an acquisition.
- The event expected to lift the trading halt is the release by the Company in relation to an acquisition.
- The Company anticipates that the trading halt will cease upon the earlier of:
(a) An announcement by the Company to the ASX regarding details of the acquisition; and
(b) Commencement of normal trading on 15 August 2019.
- The Company has no further information to disclose at this time and is not aware of any reason whythe request for a trading halt should not be granted.
