I agree totally. This is why it's potentially huge.... If indeed it is for an acquisition then they wouldn't be doing this, at this time, unless the potential was well worth it for shareholders and indeed themselves. The size of the project/acquisition and it's prevailing value adding for Bcn would have to be huge for the directors to even consider going down this path, at this time of all times!
That is of course if the cr is for acquisition.... Will be deflated AF if it's to get through to production.
