If it is an acquisition, it must've been along the lines of "if you can pony up the dough in "X timeframe" then the deal is a goer". Nothing else would make sense because, yes......it would make far more sense to acquire additional projects with royalties. This is why there's a very big "to good to let this deal pass up" factor, hence the excitement and intrigue.
