A lot can change daily with mechanical items be it new or second hand so I hope it’s not a major with the plant. The need for cash in a hurry is a concern however don’t they have to give a reason for the capital raise to the people they are pitching it to?
Sounds like the funds were raised quickly by sophisticated investors whom still have confidence in where this company is headed.
