There were two issues - the major one was that an underwriter got to distribute 90% of the new shares to the top end of town, and we shareholders only got about 10%. The percentages are not accurate. That larger holders got a small proportion of that 10% was the lesser issue, but still annoying.
Anyhow, it is spilled milk, and off topic now.
