Yep, this is probably why the share price has been pushed back to arond May levels so that anyone buying in for the CR can bulk up.
Just a theory...conspiracy as it may seem.
This SP should have been above 7 cents by now given the most recent Ann's... but alas.. Here we are again with another CR.
