In any case it really rare that nothing drips out in the market. Regional consolidation and nobody has some indications? Mmhh....somehow improbable I think.

NST selling his stake? Would be a rather simple transaction I guess and more something between a potential buyer and NST. You probably would not need EAR to get through the deal I assume.

Is a merger a possible option? Some kind of reverse take over or so? Maybe a first step of a regional consolidation?

I am running out of possible ideas and options....
