I'd just be guessing, I hand it to the current management they are professional and the world doesn't know what's going on.
You would think a 50% premium would be around the starting point but could be more less depending on how NST value thier script.
They seem keen on quickly filling the Randgold size void so they may be willing to pay "overs" with script to progress acquisitions quickly.
