If this Chinese mob gets control of EAR like they did with Norton Gold Fields (NGF) then its best to exit it with what you can. I held NGF for several years but sold out shortly before the Chinese took majority control and basically ensured that the benefits of the mine went to China. Minority shareholders eventually sold out to the Chinese for no gain. I avoid companies with Chinese and Indian majority ownership, unless they are basically passive investors like in WGX.
I would be surprised if NST sells its interest in the EAR tenements to the Chinese so I suspect its an attempt to get NST to make a formal takeover offer for EAR. Some years ago EVN went over the top of a t/o offer by this Chinese company for another WA explorer, PXG.
