    What a way to wake up oversees.
    Now for me it is plain and simple... NST wants to get bigger portion of EAR before we will get too expensive after reporting new drilling results and use their inflated SP as part of their offer. All cash offer would be preferable.

    50 cts would be music to my EAR's.
