They could only have picked this up for a song. As they have no money in the kitty to purchase much more than a property in Armadale (Perth). And then put a massive spin on how previous exploration results in the area have shown significant potential for mineralisation, or the area is underexplored, and probably bring in some nearology as well. Or all of those combined. All to put a spin on it that this “new project” has the worlds best exploration upside.

All they need is a couple million bucks to get a drill rig out there.....
